Hi, I’m Amanda Tsegah-Williams, a June 2025 bride sharing the unfiltered journey of planning the “perfect” day.

Since I started planning in August 2024, I’ve realised just how much pressure, joy, chaos (and comedy!) comes with wedding prep. Black-tied dives into it all, cake tastings, fashion designer mishaps, dodgy hairstylists, overpriced makeup trials, fresh vs. faux flowers, and all the beauty in between.

But it’s not just about the challenges, it’s about the creativity, love, laughter, and small wins that make it all worth it. This blog is a space to share the real talk, helpful hacks, and magic moments that come with planning a wedding.
